[Medical Devices] Account Manager
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote medical/rehabilitation equipment within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Preparing customer quotations, sales plans, reports and implement marketing and sales strategies.

  • Provide demonstrations, service support and education of the company's products and/or services.

  • Deliver excellent customer service in person. Handle all sort of customers' inquiries including phone calls, WhatsApp and Email etc.

  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from products and/or services.

  • Assist Sales Manager in providing pre-sale and after-sales services, such as demonstration and operation training.

  • Maintain existing clients and create new potential clients

  • To build a strong relationship with professionals in hospitals, clinics and nursing homes.

  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Sales manager

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above.

  • One year or above experience in medical equipment field is a definite advantage

  • Hard working, out-going personality, and with strong sense of responsibility

  • Good command in both written, spoken English and Cantonese

  • Ambitious and motivated w/excellent presentation and communication skill

  • Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Word, Excel.
